Zefiro is proudly based in Lahore, Pakistan, and all of our products are shipped from our Lahore warehouse.

3. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. Unfortunately, we no longer offer international shipping.

4. How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard delivery within Pakistan usually takes 3-5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and public holidays.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods including bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD) within Pakistan.

6. Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your order’s delivery status.

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. Custom pieces are non-returnable.

Return and exchange policy

Zefiro Returns & Refunds Policy

At Zefiro, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our return and refund guidelines carefully:


1. Return Eligibility


You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. After this period, returns and refunds cannot be processed.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

Personalized or engraved accessories

Products purchased during sales or special promotions

2. Partial Refunds


Partial refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:


Items that are returned damaged, not in their original condition, or missing parts, when the damage is not due to our error.

Items returned after the 14-day return window.

3. Refund Process


Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed through Online Banking, and our team will guide you through the process.

4. Delayed or Missing Refunds


If you haven't received your refund:


First, check your bank account again.

Then, contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at contact@shopzefiro.com or through our social media channels.

5. Sale Items


Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.


6. Returning Your Product


To return an item, please ship it to the address provided via email.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Shipping Policy

At Zefiro, we dispatch all orders from our Lahore warehouse. Please review our domestic shipping options below:


Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)


Standard Free Delivery: We offer free standard delivery via PostEx/Call Courier, with tracking available. Delivery typically takes 3-5 working days.

Please note that we do not offer express delivery. Only standard shipping is available.

Failed Delivery

If the package cannot be delivered due to incorrect shipping details, absence of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, it will be returned to Zefiro at the customer’s expense. This includes the cost of shipping and any applicable fees. These charges will be deducted from your refund.


Items Marked as Delivered

Please note that we do not offer refunds or replacements for items that are marked as delivered by the courier. We recommend using a secure delivery address to avoid any delivery issues.
