What is the return policy?
Zefiro Returns & Refunds Policy
At Zefiro, your satisfaction comes first. Please review our return and refund guidelines before submitting a request.
1. Return Eligibility
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
After 14 days, returns and refunds cannot be processed.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
Personalized or engraved accessories
Items purchased during sales or special promotional offers
2. Partial Refunds
A partial refund may be issued if:
The returned item is damaged, not in its original condition, or missing parts not due to our error.
The item is returned after the 14-day return window.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed through Online Banking, and our support team will guide you through the steps.
4. Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

5. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
6. Returning Your Product
Ship your return to the address provided by our support team via email.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
7. Recommended Return Shipping Methods
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Zefiro is not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.

When will I get my order?
Delivery Information
